Two new sports/supercars but where is the originality?

GTM 40TR. No prizes if Adam guesses what this is an ugly rip-off of.

New Swiss supercar looks like a Ferrari Enzo / Pagani Zonda / LeMans Prototype crossbreed.

And while I usually like unusual, sometimes garish, cars...these two are rather ugly.
