A bunch of blokes with opinions on almost anything who aren't afraid to crap on about them to the world at large.
That looks to be the better part of 500 trolleys and a diameter of about 10 car-space-widths. The Coles I worked at once had 450 trolleys but never enough flat space. So, that would be a no.
That just sounds to me like you weren't trying hard enough....
