Drought. What drought?

Been up the coast four days and its rained on all four of these days. Makes one think that it's not a drought that causing a water shortage but a government that's building dams in the wrong bloody places...

You mean they have been building dams for the Brisbane area? I didn't think that a new dam had been built since Wivenhoe (opened in 1985).

Sodded if I know about building dams in Brisbane. All I know is that it rained. Frequently. All weekend. And there are no water restrictions on the Sunshine Coast.

Make of that what you will.

The Sunshine Coast has a different water system (including dams). What they need is to connect them all via a pipeline. "Water Grid".
