Oddball SCO Theory

A novel theory I saw mentioned today over on Groklaw. That IBM is bankrolling SCO, and setting them up to be the fall guys in a case that will finally get rid of the claim that "the GPL has never been tested in court." (Why has it never been tested in court? Because the alleged violator has always caved in and settled first). Anyway, the idea isn't likely, but then, the apparent incompetence of the lawyers handling SCO's case isn't likely, either. . .
